About your complaint: as you know Mohamed that the number of (good) microscopes is limited in our department and the number of students in one section is large, so by dividing the number of students in a section at a time by the number of microscopes available for us this gives the result 4 which means that approximately not less than 4 students will share one working microscope (average) and we started this idea about 3 years ago instead of using many non-working microscopes and acually, we suffered alot from that when we were students..
Anyway, I will discuss that with Prof. Dr Mona Zaghloul (the supervisor of practical part) to reduce this number as we can, but now, if you can hire a microscope with your friend (s) as a temporary solution, it will be good

If you have any suggestion, they'll be welcomed

thanks dr Mohamed .. i know that there is a problem that the number of ( good ) microscope are very few .. i wish that will be discussed in CIQAP ..

i don't have any suggestion now but when i have i'll tell you at once ..

last year i wanted to buy an own microscope but many of my friends in 3rd and 4th didn't advise me to do that ..

any way i wish to have good section this year .. and i'll do my best for that ..

انا السنة اللى فاتت كنت بنزل المحاضرة من المقررات الالكترونيه قبل ما نأخد الشرح فى الكليه ،
وكنت بحضر الشرح وهى مكتوبه معايا ، فكنت بستفيد جدا لانى كنت بركز فى الشرح والاضافات اللى الدكتور بيقولها بس ،
وماكنتش بهتم بالكتابه وكده ..

About your question

As you know, this year is totally different in staff from the previous year, and we are not accustomed to distribute PP lectures of the practical part so I need to ask for a permission for that from my supervisors, but even that happened, the content of disseminated lectures will not be as shown in the amphitheater as it won't be fair to equalize the diligent hard worker who physically attend with other who wait for private tutoring

Also I wanna say something: If one has the sound recording and a complete PP presentation of a lecture, why should he/she attend?.. only for body language? ..so it is better to study at home in this case, and this is not the aim of building universities (it is not about you, you may attend but many others will quit, and this is not a healthy situation as this looks like secondary school education

Apparently, you can take the Power point presentations if you don't have a source to study from, or the stuff in lectures is different from the book you received, and that is not our case

I suggest distributing the lecture in a written form with some spaces and with all drawings, and this will take place before lecture appointment so you will guarantee digesting all points in the lecture

I will try to do my best to make you all satisfied ISA

nice idea dr Mohamed .. i thought about it .. as it will help us to be with the lecturer during the lecture .. and save our attention to listen only as we won't write ..

First of all i have to thank Dr.Mohamed For his interaction and concern and giving his time to answer our questions but i beg to differ with you, sir, on the following points :

1- I agree that students who attend should not be on the same level with those who choose not to do so , but what will happen if all the students attend the lecture !, as you know, sir the lecture should be attended by 500 students, Where can all these people set ?
and if they do, how can all be comfortable and able to write and understand?

2 - Distributing the lecture is a very good idea that i hope it can be done but i am afraid of the resources and will the department be able to provide this amount of lecture , i hope they can because this will be real good solution however , it will not help increasing the attendance as these lecture can be easy copied and people who attend can give to those who did not.

Finally, I have to thank dr.Mohamed again not only for his co-operation but for his trails to benift the hard working students
