احيانا تُستخدم الثمرة ,, البذور الناضجة والاجزاء الهوائية الطازجة (غير المجففة)

# Parts of the plant are regarded as poisonous like flowers

Effects of JIMSON WEED LEAF AND SEED

# The drug contains alkaloids (hyoscyamine, scopolamine) in extremely varying concentrations.

الدواء يحتوى على نسب مختلفة من اشباه القلويات "الهيوسيامين" و "السكوبولامين"

#The effect is anticholinergic and parasympatholytic , the scopolamine fraction is more responsible for this effects

تأثيره هو ضد "الاسيتايل كولين" او "لا باراسيمباثاوى" والمسئول الاكثر عن هذا التأثير هو "السكوبولامين"
