بس يا جماعه (للناس بتوع سنه أولى) لو قرأتم الموضوع تانى هتلاقوا فى اخره ان أنا كنت عاوز اجابات منكم على السؤال اللى طرحته فى منتصف الموضوع وهو ايه هى الاختبارات الكيميائيه اللى انتم عملتوها فى المعمل لحمض الاوكساليك والاملاح بتاعته وقلت كمان انه هيكون فى جوائز لأكتر 3 بيشاركوا ويحلوا الاسئلة دى أول بأول قبل كل سكشن أنا بنفسى هديهم الجوائز دى....يلا ورونا شطارتكم أنا هسيب لكم كمان لغاية بكرة زى دلوقتى علشان تحلوا سؤال حمض الأوكساليك علشان ندخل على اللى بعده....أنتو لس مجاوبتوش؟؟؟؟....يلا

شكرا ياشباب على مشاركاتكم ايوة كدا عاوزين حماس أكتر وقولوا للناس كلها على المسابقة دى . طبعا حمض oxalic ليه تفاعلات كتيرة نقدر نعرفة من خلالها سواء هو أو الأملاح بتاعته طبعا الشق الحامضى فى الملح هيعطى نفس ال tests بتاعة الحمض
وأنا هنا هتكلم على اللى بنعمله جوه المعمل بجد
طبعا أحسن test هو مع c.H2SO4 وبيدى clear solution+eff+blue flame
وكمان مع الFeCl3 بيدينا lemon yellow color بس أهم حاجه نعمل blank test ونظبط الvolumes فى الانبوبتين زى بعض
فى بأ tests تانية زى reduction of KMnO4 واللى بيتحول اللون من الpink to colorless بنقول عليها عملية decolorization-----وكمان test تانى اللى هو مع CaCl2 on cold هيرسب معانا
أتمنى اننا نكون عرفنا الكلام دا كويس واستفدنا أكتر من المقالة الى كتبتها فى الأول عن أهمية الOxalic acid ده وخطورته لما بيتحد ب Ca ion وبيكون حصوات الكلى اللى بيبقى 80% منها عبارة عن أوكسالات كالسيوم
ودى طبعا معلومة لازم تفيدنا لما يكون حد عنده حصوات كلى يبقى لازم يخللى باله انه يبعد عن أى مأكولات أو أشربه فيها أوكساليك ...واللى بيطلع منكم على اخر الأخبار أكيد هيعرف ان العلماء وبالذات علماء التغذية اليومين دول كل اللى هاممهم انهم يصنعوا أغذية بتحتوى على content قليل من الحمض دا ....

Citric acid
Citric acid is a weak organic acid, and is triprotic. It is a natural preservative and is also used to add an acidic, or sour, taste to foods and soft drinks. In biochemistry, it is important as an intermediate in the citric acid cycle and therefore occurs in the ****bolism of almost all living things. It also serves as an environmentally benign cleaning agent and acts as an antioxidant and a lubricant.

Citric acid is one of a series of compounds involved in the physiological oxidation of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to carbon dioxide and water.
This series of chemical reactions is central to nearly all ****bolic reactions, and is the source of two-thirds of the food-derived energy in higher organisms. It was discovered by Sir Hans Adolf Krebs. Krebs received the 1953 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for the discovery. Food additive
As a food additive, citric acid is used as a flavoring and preservative in food and beverages, especially soft drinks. It is denoted by E number E330. Citrate salts of various ****ls are used to deliver those minerals in a biologically available form in many dietary supplements. The buffering properties of citrates are used to control pH in household cleaners and pharmaceuticals. In the United States the purity requirements for citric acid as a food additive is defined by the Food Chemical Codex (FCC), which is published by the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP).

Tartaric acid is a white crystalline organic acid. It occurs naturally in many plants, particularly grapes, bananas, and tamarinds, and is one of the main acids found in wine. It is added to other foods to give a sour taste, and is used as an antioxidant. Salts of tartaric acid are known as tartrates. It is a dihydroxy derivative of succinic acid.
Important derivatives of tartaric acid include its salts, cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate), Rochelle salt (potassium sodium tartrate, a mild laxative), and tartar emetic (antimony potassium tartrate).
Tartaric acid is a muscle toxin, which works by inhibiting the production of malic acid, and in high doses causes paralysis and death.
The minimum recorded fatal dose for a human is about 7.5 grams/kg.Given this figure, it would take over 500 g to kill a person weighing 70kg, and so it may be safely included in many foods, especially sour-tasting sweets. As a food additive, tartaric acid is used as an antioxidant , tartrates are other additives serving as antioxidants or emulsifiers.
When cream of tartar is added to water, a suspension results which serves to clean copper coins very well. This is due to the fact that the tartrate solution can dissolve the layer of copper(II) oxide present on the surface of the coin. The resulting copper(II)-tartrate complex that results is easily soluble in water.
