انا قلت كده على اساس ان cholchiceineله هيدروكسليك جروب حرة
فتعمل فرصة لتكوين ملح اللى مش هيدوب فى الكلوروفورم
طبعا هنستخدم السلفوريك اسيد مش الهيدروكلوريك
عشان فى املاح من الهيدروكلوريد بتدوب فى الكلوروفورم
على عكس cholchicine
اللى هيكونadduct من 2molecule مع الكلوروفورم
ممكن يتفصل وابدأ اعمله decompositon
واحصل على الكولشيسين
لو الكلام غلط
فخلاص يبقى تأليف اخر الليل

حرام عليك يا عبد الله ..... الأثنين كده فى الكلوفوروم سيتخلصوا و بعدين املاح ايه اللى حا يعملها الكولشيسئين مع الهيروكلوريك او السلفوريك. هو الفينول حا يعمل املاح مع الأحماض ......

هقول حاجة كده يا دكتور عطالله بس لو غلط يعني قولي غلط من غير ضرب
- Colchiceine has acidic property due to presence of hydroxyl gp at C-10 which is absent in colchicine
- Due to this acidic property--> Colchiceine can make ester with organic acid (ex. Carboxylic acid) or with acid anhydride..etc, but colchicine is not.
- After formation of ester, we add chloroform which make adduct with colchicine
- felteration
- removal of chloroform by suspending the adduct in water and passing steam through the liquid.

مفيش ضرب ولا حاجة هو انا طايلك فين يا صقر؟ لا خلاف ان الكولشيسين يعمل مركب معقد مع الكلوروفورم لكن بعد الإستخلاص و ليس اثناءه و بعدين نعمل تفاعل استرة و بعدين نستخلص....... لا يا بطل.
حاول تانى.... الأمر بسيط جدا جدا.

لا ..... الأمر هنا غير مضمون و نكون كده اضفنا شوائب و لا نعرف على وجه اليقين اذا كان الناتج يذوب او لا يذوب فى المذيب العضوى؟

المطلوب عمله ابسط من ذلك بكثير

Colchiciene has acidic gp.(acidic gp as PHENOLIC GP) , SO this alkaloid acts as amphoteric alkaloid.
- Add acid such as acetic acid to make salt with this amphoteric alkaloid (Colchiciene).
- Add water:
* Coclchicine will form adduct with water.
* Colchiciene salt will soluble with water.
- Filterate

لما نريد نفصل بين مركبين نبعدعن اى محاولات لإنتاج مركب جديد بتفاعل. غير مضمون نتائج الفصل بعد ذلك. ثانيا الكوليشسئين ليس مركب امفوتيرى حيث ان النيتروجين فيه غير قاعدى بدرجة ملموسة بل قريب من التعادل بسبب انه فى مجموعة أميد.
المطلوب عمله ابسط من ذلك بكثير ...... همتكم يا جماعة. عايزين ننزل بالكويز الجديد.

Distillation is not valid as both compound are non-volatile, HPLC is OK but the answer will be correct if you choosed a reversed phase silica gel (RP-18) column

Add dil caustic alkali then extract with cholorform or ether, colchiceine will form a phenate salt, insoluble in organic solvent while colchicine will do
