بما ان يا جماعة محدش حل الشيت بتاع النهارده غير واحد بس اللي هو انا (كالعادة يعني أنا اللي بشارك في كل الشيتات)

In case of soft opaque : when break free from the wall of blood vessels leading to stimulation of coagulation mechanism leading to clot formation which close the blood vessels , ppt of many clots narrowing blood vessels

in case of lipid peroxides : that cause injury for blood vessels which stimulate of coagulation mechanism by immune system to form clot which narrowing blood vessels .

we can solve it by administration before bed time

if we use non specific B- blockers it cause block B2 receptors and cause bronchospasm , so we prefer selective B1 blocker .


3- why we don't use ACH as drug ?

it rapidly hydrolysed by enzyme cholinestrase and have diverse effects in human body.
