*HDL:synthesised by liver and gut *
LDL: produced from action of lipolysis by LPL on IDL
*HDL: deliver cholesterol from artries to liver for excreation in bile<< Reverse cholesterol transport >>
*LDL: deliver cholesterol to peripheral tissue for various purposes
*HDL: good cholesterol { prevent atherosclerosis }
*LDL: bad cholesterol (50% cholesterol) {deposit cholesterol on wall of blood vessels causing atherosclerosis }
<note>
1- The ratio of LDL/HDL more than 2.5 is indecation to atherosclerosis
2-Apolipoprotien B of LDL can be used for prediction of haert diseases and used as treatment by preventing its formation leading to no cholesterol will be carried in blood...........No atherosclerosis
